About the site

ReptilesDownUnder.com was first launched on the 16th of March 2000 and since then has become one of the most popular sites in the country for all things Herpetological.

The site is also home to The Australian Herpetological Classifieds, or AHC. The first, and largest classifieds site in Australia. Every month over 22,000 individual users log on to see what's available. Since the site was launched there have been almost 50,000 ad's placed, making it the largest site of it's kind in Australia.

It's our aim to provide the Herpetological community with resources, and a voice to further promote this wonderful hobby.
